Ground was officially broken Thursday at Southport welcoming the latest property development.

Centennaire South, a much needed rental property development, will consist of larger units each having their own two-car garage, among other amenities.

The units are over 1300 square feet and are equipped with two bedrooms, two baths and a den. Units are outfitted with appliances, laundry facilities and central air.
