Extreme cold returns to region

An expected period of very cold wind chills has prompted Environment Canada to issue an extreme cold warning for much of southern Manitoba.

According to the alert, expected temperatures close to -30 and winds between 15-30 km/h will create wind chills near -40 to -45 overnight and into Monday morning.
