UPDATE: charges laid in shooting incident

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two suspects wanted in connection with a weekend shooting in Portage la Prairie.
According to Portage RCMP, Gary Joseph McIvor, 18, also known as Gary Roulette, from Brandon, Man., has been charged with three counts of Attempted Murder and Mateo Roulette, 19, from Portage, has been charged with three counts of Aggravated Assault.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these two suspects are asked to not approach them but to contact the Portage la Prairie RCMP at 204-857-4445, submit a secure tip online at manitobacrimestoppers.com or text "TIPMAN" plus your message to CRIMES (274637).
According to police, one victim remains in critical but stable condition, one in stable condition and the other has been released from hospital.
Portage la Prairie RCMP, along with RCMP Major Crimes Unit continue to investigate.
Portage la Prairie RCMP responded to a report of a shooting at a residence on Royal Road North at approximately 5 a.m. Saturday morning.
According to police, three people were injured during an incident and were left hospitalized. One remains in critical condition.
The suspects have not been located and the RCMP do not believe there is any public safety concerns at this time.

Portage RCMP have taped off a portion of Royal Road North, between 6th and 7th Ave. E, following an overnight incident.
Unconfirmed reports indicate there was a shooting early Saturday morning. RCMP remain on scene as the investigation continues.
