Shed, farm equipment destroyed in fire 0

Portage Emergency Services responded to a fire at Hoop and Holler, Tuesday afternoon, that saw a shed and various pieces of farm equipment destroyed.

The call came in just after 1:40 p.m. to a private residence near Hoop and Holler. A shed had caught fire with a tractor and an ATV inside, there were also two balers near by. All of the equipment was completely destroyed along with the shed.

Portage Fire Department, RCMP, ambulance, and Manitoba Hydro were all at the scene.

There were no injuries reported, and the Office of the Fire Commissioner continues to investigate.
