PCRC hosts final community clean-up 0

Portage Community Revitalization Corporation (PCRC) held their final community clean up on Wednesday afternoon.
Elicia Funk, executive director with PCRC, said the four community clean ups have been successes.
“This is our fourth and last clean up of the year,” she said. “We started at Fort la Reine, then Portage Collegiate Institute and Red River College. We’ve cleaned pretty much that whole area.”
Volunteers have been a big help, as close to 15 to 20 bags of garbage and recycling is collected during each clean up.
