A former PCI and Prairie Fire cornerstone is hoping to take her game to the next level.

Jennifer Diboll is set to tryout for the University of Winnipeg Wesmen women's volleyball team beginning Sept. 4.

Diboll said she's looking forward to getting back on the court.

"I'm going to try out for the college team," said Diboll. "I was just really excited to be able to get the chance to play again."

Diboll, who will be entering the school's education program, said she has talked with the Wesmen coaching staff about what she needs to do to be successful in the program.

"I'll be trying out for setting," said Diboll. "Hopefully, I'll be getting to play.

"I'd bring lots of energy — try to get everyone pumped up and if they're down, just try to get them to be confident and get the next play."
