The Portage Regional Recreation Authority (PRRA) is once again looking for food service providers for the PCU Centre, following the departure of Kozie's Diner earlier this year.

"We have a request for proposals out again for food services for the PCU Centre. We're looking at three year contract with hours of operation to be negotiated," said Dale Lyle, interim executive director of the PRRA.

There will be a couple of changes this time around that will hopefully help the new food services provider to be successful in the position, such as negotiating hours of operation.

"The last contract required the concession to be open the same hours that the PCU Centre was open. With the summer months and sometimes through the winter having a pretty low traffic count in the PCU Centre we are taking the approach of working out more negotiable hours of operation for the concessions," said Lyle.

Applications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on July 20, 2012.
