Century 21 Andrich Realty is in the middle of a major facelift, which is expected to be complete by the fall.

Real estate agent Rhonda Lodwick said renovations have been going on since March, and renovations are going well.

"We gutted the building, it's a whole new building inside. Whole new building, whole new exterior, whole new look," said Lodwick.

Currently, Century 21 is operating out of a location on Royal Rd. N but are excited to get into the new location at the corner of Saskatchewan Ave. and Royal Rd. which was left vacant when the Portage Wearhouse closed its doors earlier this year.

Century 21 expects renovations to be complete some time this fall.
