Several athletes went home happy from the Divisional Track Meet at Yellowquill School on Friday.

Perhaps the happiest came from Ecole Arthur Meighen School, as they won the overall title over second-place Yellowquill.

The final points breakdown is: Arthur Meighen (806 points), Yellowquill (718 points), La Verendrye (512 points), Oakville (267 points), Fort La Reine (55 points), North Memorial (52 points).

Overall female champions were: Yellowquill's Lenna MacDonald of Yellowquill (Grade 5, 40 points), Yellowquill's Kiera Shwaluk (Grade 6, 41 points), Arthur Meighen's Morgan Paryniuk (Grade 7, 35 points) and Yellowquill's Memory MacDonald (Grade 8, 39 points).

The male overall champions were: Oakville's Brandon MacKenzie (Grade 5, 33 points), Fort La Reine's Cordell Borland (Grade 6, 30 points), La Verendrye's Alex Townsend (Grade 7, 44 points), and Arthur Meighen's Olavo Cordeiro (Grade 8, 40 points).
