Recent rain filled days dissipated in time for Yellowquill School's annual track and field day.
The event took place Wednesday morning and afternoon, showing off the schools large talent pool.
"It's nice that the weather could clear up today," said physical education teacher, Doyle Moar. "We've had our fingers crossed all week that it wouldn't rain."
Students from grades 5-8 took part in the day, with mandatory participation in at least five events.
