Kids in Philanthropy is a program that introduces middle school students to local charitable organizations. The program currently has five projects in four schools throughout the Portage la Prairie school district. Each project is made up of a team leader (teacher) and a class of students from grades 5-8.

"The whole process was absolutely fantastic," said teacher and project leader from Oakville School, Shauna Smoliak. "I hope we can participate next year as well."
