Following a bout of wet weather, the Portage Regional Recreation Authority (PRRA) announced on Tuesday that the athletic fields would indeed be open.

The PRRA announced fields at Republic of Manitobah Park and Beaver Diamond at Eighth Street NW were closed on Monday due to wet weather conditions.

The PRRA is asking the public to continue check their website at pcucentre.ca for further updates as the season continues.
